About Our Firm

Kothari Law LLC is a multi-disciplinary law firm that specializes in immigration and nationality, residential real estate, and corporate matters. For over 10 years, it has been our pleasure to work with both individuals and companies.

On the immigration side, we are experienced in non-immigrant visas (work visas), immigrant visas (green cards) and US Citizenship for individuals and companies from preparation and submission of the petition/application to representing clients during the interview process. Our clients hail from around the world in all industries, but we have a special focus on Italian nationals. Many of our clients are in the fashion, art, business, and hospitality fields.

On the corporate and real estate side, we help individuals and companies through incorporation of their company to maintenance of corporate governance; and provide solutions to those that wish to bring innovation and investment to the US. In addition, we support clients’ in their residential real estate needs.

We operate under these core principles: honesty, integrity and hard work. We pride ourselves on our close professional relationships with clients. In fact, most of our clients come to us through direct referrals of existing clients. We tackle each case, big or small, with a foundation of passion and expertise.

Rupal Kothari, Esq.

Rupal earned her J.D. from New York Law School and B.A. from Binghamton University. Prior to starting her own practice, she began her career in New York, NY at boutique immigration and corporate law firms. Currently, Rupal works and lives in Princeton, NJ with her husband and 2 sons. Rupal lectures locally to educate all ages on various topics in immigration trends and history; she also donates her time to local organizations in ‘Ask a Lawyer’ sessions. When not working, Rupal furthers the mission of Princeton Society Foundation, a non-profit organization that benefits women and children which she founded along with two working mothers, through fund-raising community events. Rupal is an avid tennis player and, just like she does with her cases, never leaves this court without giving her best shot!
